Bryan Nagao, Executive Chef of ZELO, is an icon on Hong Kong's culinary scene with an international reputation earned at the helm of some of the city’s highest-profile restaurants.
Making his debut in Hong Kong in the mid 90’s at the Peninsula Hotel’s prestigious Felix Restaurant, Nagao quickly drew recognition for his innovative Pacific Rim cuisine. Affirming his position further was his move from Felix in 2001 to open the acclaimed modern Japanese restaurant Kokage.
