For lunch, enjoy a three-course set of antipasti buffet or soup, main course and set dessert. On the a la carte menu available for lunch or dinner, try marinated tuna with tomatoes, olives and capers condiment on fennel orange salad; hand twisted pasta with Parma ham, black truffle, fava beans and Norcia cheese; whole sea bass baked with sea salt crust and vegetables; and grilled rib eye U.S. natural grade Angus tagliata (320g) with Parmigiano served with grilled vegetables and must wine sauce.
