With a focus on fresh and authentic, regional Italian cuisine, Chef Roberto’s menu offers a popular selection of traditional Italian salads, homemade pastas, stone baked pizzas (including Isola Hong Kong’s famed ‘Trifola’ black truffle pizza), and an extensive choice of oven baked fish and seafood, and roasted meats.

Available at lunch and dinner from the a la carte menu, seared scallops wrapped in pancetta with sauteed spinach and artichokes or Tomato Three Ways: Bruschetta, Caprese, and with onions and black olives. Follow with gnocchi with beef ragu and porcini or rigatoni with Boston lobster in fresh tomato sauce from the Primo Piatti selection, or head straight for the oven-baked king prawn wrapped in Colonnata, pistachio and coconut, grilled Australian Angus Sirloin, or free-range spring chicken from the grill.

At lunch, choose the renowned Isola antipasti buffet as part of a three-course set including a choice of main courses plus dessert buffet.

Wine List

A well chosen menu of a good variety of handpicked Italian wines including an extensive selection of Prosecco and Champagnes. Selected wines are available by the glass.
