Oreste joined Va Bene Shanghai with his over a decade of experience in hospitality that includes the chic Sartoria on Saville Row and the acclaimed penthouse of the Square Mile's Coq d'Argent. 

Chef Corrado Michelazzo is a name already familiar to many loyal patrons of Gaia Group’s restaurants in Hong Kong through his frequent appearances as guest Chef. Now at the helm of the Group’s mainland China flagship restaurant, Va Bene Shanghai, he is bringing his unique style to many more. The Michelin-star Chef hails from the Northern Italian Alpine region of Valle d’Aosta.
